Marketing Communications Consent

What you agree to. KAP-JG LLC, Sway Dispensary 3340 LLC, and their affiliated companies ("SWAY") may send you marketing communications by text, calls (including automatic dialing and prerecorded voice), email, and other channels, at the contact details you provided. Frequency varies. Message, data, and calling rates may apply.

Information we use. We use your contact details and engagement history for personalized marketing. We share it with AIQ, Inc., our technology provider. If you are a registered medical patient, our messages cover products and store information only, and we handle your information as described in our Medical Patient Privacy Notice.

Consent is optional. You can buy products without agreeing.

How long it lasts. This consent lasts until you withdraw it.

How to withdraw. Reply STOP to a text. Use the unsubscribe link in an email. Tell us to stop calling. Or email hey@everybodysway.com. Withdrawal does not affect messages sent before you withdrew.

Sharing outside SWAY. Information shared with AIQ or other service providers may no longer be protected by HIPAA, and the recipient may share it further. SWAY receives no payment from any third party for sending these messages.
