As the frontline representative of our mission, you’ll combine deep product expertise with warm, judgment-free service to guide customers through their cannabis journey—whether they’re seeking relief, recreation, or discovery.

The Agent-In-Charge (AIC) at Sway Dispensary is the operational backbone and compliance leader of our retail floor. As the designated manager on duty, you are responsible for the safe, legal, and efficient operation of the dispensary during your shift. You will oversee opening/closing procedures, delivery acceptance, sales oversight, and team performance while ensuring 100% adherence to Illinois Cannabis Regulation and Tax Act (CRTA) and IDFPR requirements.
